Account Management Intern | The Community

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist the account services team with daily management of client campaigns.
• Learn: Acquire deep knowledge of client businesses, including key issues, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
• Oversee: Understand how to manage client projects across various media channels like print, radio, TV, OOH, and digital.
• Anticipate: Learn to foresee team needs and help leaders fulfill client requests effectively.
• Organize: Proactively maintain team organization, ensure information is current, and guarantee high-quality deliverables.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional, eligible for full-time hire when the program concludes (though not required), eager to learn account management within a creative agency setting.
• Experience: Understanding or previous project management skills.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational and detail-oriented skills; effective people skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams; ability to handle pressure and remain flexible under tight deadlines; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Keynote, and Google Suite; basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat; fluent in English.
• Bonus: Foundational understanding of the Production process; Spanish fluency.
