This position is vital for supporting Account Executives and Account Managers, ensuring the smooth execution and stewardship of post-sale campaigns for agency and brand partners, thereby contributing directly to building strong client relationships and driving successful outcomes for FOX Sports properties.

What You’ll Actually Do
Campaign Management: Support Account Executives and Account Managers by maintaining an assigned book of business, meticulously entering and confirming all schedule details of linear TV orders, including units, dates, dayparts, rotations, targeting, and pricing, to ensure accuracy from start to finish.
Client Communications: Serve as a responsive day-to-day contact for agency and client assistants regarding schedules, efficiently capturing client requests, promptly resolving issues, and sending timely confirmations in the form of change notices with updated flowcharts.
Cross-functional Coordination: Proactively communicate and collaborate across multiple internal departments, including Pricing & Planning, Traffic/Operations, Finance/AR, Research, Brand Partnerships, and other Client Services teammates, to facilitate flawless deal stewardship and campaign execution.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Assist Account Managers in continuously monitoring campaign delivery pacing, flagging any accounts at risk for under-delivery, and booking Additional Delivery Units (ADUs) as needed to optimize performance and ensure successful client outcomes.
Financial Reconciliation: Accurately validate invoices against delivery and pricing data, meticulously resolving any discrepancies discovered with the Finance/AR team to ensure precise revenue reporting and client satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professionals with prior work or internship experience in the media industry and/or a related customer service capacity.
• Experience: Demonstrated practical experience and proficiency with common office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Possess a keen eye toward process adherence to create smooth workflows; capable of clearly communicating information and acting with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines; highly organized with excellent attention to detail; a collaborative team player who works well with diverse groups; proactive problem-solver who takes the initiative to address client needs; skilled at balancing competing client and workflow demands while maintaining accuracy; adaptable and resilient, able to manage a fast-paced environment and changing priorities with composure.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree is a preferred qualification for this role.
