Account and Program Management Intern | StandardAero

The Tone:
This is an internship at StandardAero, located in San Antonio, TX. StandardAero is one of the world’s leading independent maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) providers for commercial, business, military, and industrial aviation. This role is essential for supporting StandardAero’s commitment to customer service and managing engine MRO projects within the facility. You will be challenged with exciting projects, contributing to new systems and technologies that help solve complex aviation problems. The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: San Antonio, TX

• Mission: This intern supports Customer Account Leaders and Program Managers in complying with customer requirements and managing engine MRO projects.
• Tech Stack: Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Research technical or commercial documents to ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded.
• Create: Create customer- or program-related presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with operations, engineering, finance, and supply chain to improve cross-functional communication and handoffs.
• Follow up: Follow up on customer actions with relevant functional groups.
• Perform: Perform user acceptance testing and validation of software features or modifications (CRM, ERP, etc.).

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field; Junior or Senior standing.
• Experience: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (per ITAR Regulations).
• Skills: Skilled in Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office; Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
