This is an early career development program at Nestlé, initially located in Solon, OH, with required relocation for the second year. • Location: In-person, Solon, OH (with required relocation to a field site for the second year)
• Pay: $73500 yearly
• Team: Supply Chain team, within the Nestlé USA Supply Chain Organization
• Mission: Efficiently and effectively distribute products “wherever and whenever” needed, while fulfilling commitments and delivering outstanding value to customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain Comprehensive Understanding: Dive deep into various Supply Chain sub-functions like Business Solutions, Network Optimization, Transportation, Planning, and Customer Facing to build foundational knowledge.
• Execute Strategic Projects: Lead and contribute to strategic roadmap projects, making a significant impact and enhancing problem-solving skills through hands-on experience.
• Immerse in a Sub-Function: Gain specialized knowledge and skills by dedicating time to a specific Supply Chain sub-function with guidance from a dedicated coach.
• Lead Field Operations: Take on a supervisory role within a warehouse for six months and rotate through operational functions in a distribution center or factory.
• Develop Functional Skills: Participate in functional rotations across areas such as SH&E, Quality, Manufacturing Excellence, Engineering/Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain concentration or related field (Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Agribusiness), completed by June 2027. Entry-level career stage.
• Experience: Available to start the program in June 2027. Prior student organization and/or other leadership experience is preferred, along with previous problem-solving experience demonstrating tangible results. Supply Chain or related internship experience is also preferred.
• Skills: Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, deliver results on challenging assignments, demonstrate strong communication skills, influence others, possess leadership capabilities, and strong analytical skills. Adaptability and resilience in the face of ambiguity are essential, as is an interest in various business projects, a willingness to take bold actions, and an end-to-end mindset.
• Bonus: Preferred Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
