What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Analysis: Assist in analyzing and mapping current supply chain processes utilizing the SCOR model framework.
• Improvement Identification: Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction in Sourcing and Logistics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including planning, procurement, and operations, to gather data and insights for process optimization.
• Initiative Support: Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as inventory management and demand planning.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry best practices, emerging trends, and potential new technologies for supply chain optimization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completion of the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s degree or 1st year of a Master’s/MBA program, typically in a non-technical specialization, with full-time enrollment at an accredited university and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience: Must be currently eligible to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship in the future.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment.
• Bonus: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI, SQL, and Access database, familiarity with programming languages such as Python, strong business acumen, experience in statistical analysis and financial modeling, advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), ability to work in virtual teams, and previous internships in a Supply Chain related function.
