Job Description: 2025 Summer Internship

PulteGroup offers summer internships providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry and build a strong career foundation. Internships are primarily in-person at one of their 29 Division Offices or up-and-coming development communities.

Internship Structure:

Rotational Shadowing: Interns will participate in rotational shadowing opportunities across various functions and departments, gaining a holistic understanding of the homebuilding process.
Designated Function Work: Daily work involves contributing to meaningful projects within a designated function under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Training & Development: PulteGroup invests in intern development through centralized training and development opportunities.
Capstone Presentation: The internship culminates in a capstone presentation showcasing intern experience and ideas to local Division leadership.

Marketing Internship Responsibilities (example):

• Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (social media, email, web).
• Assist with intake, trafficking, and creation of assets for media requests.
• Perform competitive market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Assist in SEO projects (blog posts, website content).

General Internship Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Undergraduate or graduate student enrollment (or recent graduate).
Minimum sophomore status preferred.
Minimum 2.5 GPA preferred.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and learning agility.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong tech-savvy competency (Excel, Microsoft Teams).
Bias for action and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
Strong interest in homebuilding, real estate, or construction.
Extracurricular activities (student organizations, leadership roles, etc.) are a plus.

Internship Details:

Dates: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (12 weeks, schedule may be adjusted).
Hours: 40 hours per week (schedule varies by position).
Compensation: $20/hour (varies by position and location).
Benefits: Eligibility for the company’s 401(k) plan.
Locations: Bonita Springs, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Orlando, FL; Riverview, FL; West Palm Beach, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Raleigh, NC; Austin, TX.
