Marketing Intern | Paname Coffee & Tea Importers

The Tone:
This is a Marketing Intern internship at Paname Coffee & Tea Importers, an in-person/office based role. Paname is a local, family-owned business dedicated to importing and distributing premium European coffee and tea, while also supplying commercial coffee and espresso equipment. This role is important for developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and supporting sales to maximize revenue and build community connections.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Development: Create compelling on-brand content for social media, email blasts, and blog articles.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor strategies, and understand customer preferences.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events for community engagement and new product launches.
• Sales Support: Actively identify and maximize sales opportunities to contribute to overall revenue generation efforts.
• Brand Representation: Attend community gatherings and networking events alongside the team to build relationships and represent the brand.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
• Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities, excellent verbal and interpersonal communication, and a customer service-oriented approach.
• Bonus: Willingness to learn and acquire basic barista skills to enhance product understanding.
