The Tone:
This is a full-time Early Career Rotational Development Program at Tenvault. The program offers emerging talent the chance to gain broad experience across various commercial functions. The role is designed to build essential skills, preparing participants to become future business leaders within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide support for customers, market strategies, new product launches, and growth initiatives within the company.
• Collaborate: Work directly with commercial and technical teams to address and solve customer challenges.
• Rotate: Complete multiple commercial assignments over a two-year period, exploring diverse career paths.
• Develop: Cultivate skills in customer engagement, strategic planning, analytical thinking, communication, and leadership.
• Present: Complete a capstone project and present your strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Upcoming or recent graduates pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Prior internship, co-op, leadership, project, sales, customer-facing, or organizational experience. Must be able to commit to the two-year rotational program and have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with an interest in sales, marketing, product management, strategy, or customer engagement.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
