The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person – China
• Mission: This role is responsible for comprehensive cost management of store engineering and construction projects, ensuring efficiency and contributing to 快乐猴’s commitment to providing high-value, convenient products.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Store Construction Project Costs: Responsible for the comprehensive preparation, review, and dynamic control of cost budgets for all store engineering and construction projects, ensuring expenditures remain within reasonable and approved limits.
• Optimize Project Cost Efficiency: Actively participate in the selection and evaluation of suppliers, lead contract negotiations, and formulate effective cost optimization strategies to significantly enhance overall project cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor Project Cost Changes: Continuously track and analyze cost fluctuations throughout the entire project execution process, promptly issuing warnings for potential overruns and proactively driving solutions to resolve cost-related issues.
• Develop Cost Management Systems: Establish and refine robust cost management frameworks and systems, generating insightful cost analysis reports that provide critical data and recommendations to support informed business and operational decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Engineering Management, Engineering Cost, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 or more years of cost management experience specifically within engineering construction or retail store development.
• Skills: Familiarity with engineering budgeting, bidding processes, and contract management; strong data analysis capabilities; and excellent communication and coordination skills.
