Full-Truckload Solution Specialist | SF Express

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at SF Express, located in Guangxi, China. SF Express is a leading integrated logistics service provider. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and optimizing full-truckload logistics solutions, directly impacting the company’s ability to provide efficient and cost-effective transportation services for its diverse clientele. The specialist will ensure seamless delivery and enhance customer satisfaction in the crucial Guangxi region.

• Mission: Own the design, implementation, and optimization of full-truckload logistics solutions to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and satisfactory delivery for clients in the Guangxi region.
• Tech Stack: TMS (Transportation Management System)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design: Design and plan full-truckload (FTL) logistics solutions for the Guangxi region, creating customized end-to-end transportation solutions for diverse industry clients.
• Carrier Management: Build and manage the regional carrier pool, including developing new carriers, conducting access audits, negotiating business terms, and performing daily performance evaluations to ensure sufficient and cost-effective capacity.
• Operations Monitoring: Monitor the entire full-truckload transportation process, coordinate the handling of unforeseen operational exceptions, and ensure timely, secure, and satisfactory cargo delivery for customers.
• Network Optimization: Continuously optimize the transportation network and routes, proposing and implementing operational improvement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement through data monitoring and cost analysis.
• Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and commercial teams on project bids, providing professional full-truckload technical support, cost calculations, and quotation plans to drive business growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree or above, specializing in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or Transportation.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry, with at least 2 years in full-truckload transportation management, dispatch, or solution design.
• Skills: Strong logical thinking and solution planning abilities, proficient in office software and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), capable of data-driven operational decision-making, excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the logistics market conditions and carrier distribution in Guangxi and South China, coupled with rich experience in carrier resource management and negotiation capabilities.
