Established in 1933 by Esther and Jack Houston as House of Vintages in Portland, OR, the company transitioned from wine and spirits to restaurant and bar supplies under their son John, an aerospace engineer. Houston’s rapidly expanded, by 1993 servicing six Western states with added espresso products, and is now a nationwide redistributor operating two distribution centers totaling over 240,000 sq. ft. Our core mission remains fostering strong relationships between vendor partners, customers, and staff.
