Job Description (Detailed)
• Job Title/Role: This position is an assistant role within the Business Development department, specifically focused on partnership operations for the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits.
• Department: Business Development (Buffalo Sabres+)
• Purpose: To assist in the daily operations of partnerships on game nights and events.
• Duration: Anticipated to start in early September 2025 and conclude in April 2026, indicating a seasonal or fixed-term contract.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Event Support: Prepare for and assist with both on-site (KeyBank Center) and off-site partnership events.
• Game Day Operations: Perform various tasks related to Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits game days.
• Partnership Fulfillment Tracking: Monitor and track the fulfillment of partnership assets across various platforms including in-arena, broadcast, and digital during game days.
• Data Management & Communication: Assist with data entry and ensure all relevant information is communicated to appropriate parties.
• Project Management: Manage multiple department projects and undertake other tasks as needed.
• Promotions & Contests: Assist with sponsor promotions and the fulfillment process for contests.
