Job Description: Accounting Intern
This Accounting Intern position offers a comprehensive opportunity to gain real-world business, accounting, and financial training, covering all aspects of financial management relevant to running a successful business. It serves as an introduction to Enterprise Mobility’s Business Management Training program, which aims to fully prepare individuals to become a Business Manager of their own financial operation.
As a Business Manager, you would be a key partner within the organization, overseeing all aspects of financial management and providing balance to the partnership formed with the marketing and operational components of the business. The role offers performance-based promotions and significant earning potential as you advance up the management ladder, within an industry leader that provides continuous support.
The internship is located at 88 E Warm Springs Road, Las Vegas, NV 89119 and offers an hourly pay of $18.
Responsibilities:
Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to fundamental accounting procedures and principles, ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement preparation and analysis. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting in preparing financial statements and conducting analysis.
• Working closely with rental branches and other departments within the company.
• Assisting accounting managers with various reports and tasks.
• Being involved with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions, including cash receipts and petty cash management.
• Assisting with accounting schedules and filing.
• Performing miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Must be a full-time college Senior student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or Finance, specifically graduating by December 2025.
• The internship requires a commitment to work 20-25 hours per week for 12 weeks, with a start date of August 18th.
• Preferred experience in accounting, finance, accounts payable/receivable, or bookkeeping.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from the company for this position, either now or in the future.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years.
• Must not have any drug or alcohol-related incidents within the last 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
