Job Description:
PULLMAN is offering a Project Engineer Internship within their Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program. The program focuses on in-field learning and development. As a Project Engineer Intern, you will assist in various areas, including:
• Scheduling and production rate tracking
• Estimating
• Budget preparation and project cost control
• Safety management
• Quality control
• Business development and client relations
• Field resource management
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, thrive in a collaborative team environment, have strong time management skills, meet deadlines, communicate effectively with diverse individuals, be well-organized, and safety-focused.
This Summer 2025 Internship will be based out of the PULLMAN Detroit team located in Trenton, MI, with approximately 50% regional travel across the greater Detroit metropolitan area. The Detroit team primarily works on commercial and public projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree – preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to jobsites.
