Job Description:
Terracon is seeking a Geotechnical Soils Lab Intern in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct field and laboratory testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates.
• Perform sampling or testing as directed.
• Assist other field and/or laboratory personnel.
• Transport equipment, specimens, or documents.
• Clean equipment, vehicles, and work areas.
• Assist other technicians or professional staff on routine tasks.
• Progressively increased role of training and responsibility in work assignments.
Requirements:
• High school diploma
• BS degree in progress in a science or related field (environmental, safety, engineering, chemistry, biology, geology). The ideal candidate will have less than one year remaining to complete their BS degree.
