The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is a ministry organization focused on serving student athletes and introducing them to faith-based principles.
Job Description:
This is an internship opportunity designed for student athletes to explore their calling and career path while gaining exposure to various aspects of ministry within FCA. This is a volunteer role. Interns are not considered employees and will not receive hourly or production-based compensation. A nominal stipend may be provided to cover living expenses during the internship.

• Focus on Development: The internship aims to develop the intern’s understanding of their individual calling to ministry through training and practical experience.
• Learning Experience: It provides a learning and developmental ministry experience during a summer or semester.

Ministerial Duties:
These duties are crucial to the FCA mission and the intern’s role in the ministry. All responsibilities are expected to be carried out with a focus on serving God. Interns are expected to:
• Adhere to FCA’s Christian Community Statement.
• Engage in daily prayer and Bible study.
• Provide spiritual leadership through prayer, Bible study, worship, and example for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes.
• Actively participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Conduct themselves in accordance with biblical standards of conduct and FCA’s Christian beliefs at all times.
