This is a general Internship Interest Application for Massanutten Resort. Instead of posting specific roles, Massanutten uses this application to gather information about prospective interns. The goal is to understand your:
• Expectations for an internship
• School’s specific internship requirements
• Availability (start and end dates, duration)
• Preferred areas of interest/type of internship you seek
By completing this application, your details will be reviewed by the HR team and forwarded to hiring managers whose needs align with your profile. If a potential fit is identified, the hiring team will contact you with the next steps in the recruitment process.
What to Expect as a Massanutten Intern:
• Paid Internships: All internships at Massanutten Resort are compensated.
• Management-Level Tasks and Projects: You’ll have the chance to work on meaningful projects and tasks that contribute to the resort’s operations.
• Job Shadowing: Gain practical experience by observing professionals in various roles within the resort.
• Weekly Meetings with Departmental Management: Regular meetings will provide guidance, feedback, and insights into the industry.
• Mid-Internship Performance Evaluation: Receive constructive feedback on your performance and progress.
• Required Major Project: You’ll be responsible for completing a significant project during your internship. Examples include solar installations, F&B budgeting, training programs, and improving resort communication.
