Engineering Trainer
The primary purpose of PERI’s Technical Engineering Trainer (TET) is to manage and lead the PERI Academy Hub – Americas’ Engineering and Technical training initiatives. The TET achieves this by collaborating with various management teams and subject matter experts to gather the necessary information required to develop clear objectives, design effective training materials and plans, and define overall training requirements. Leveraging PERI resources, the TET ensures that all technical training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices and organizational requirements and needs. Additionally, the TET is responsible for playing a key role in developing the future talent within PERI, while actively supporting the company’s culture and core values through comprehensive engineering training programs.
