Job Description: Summer 2025 Internships at Penske Truck Leasing
Penske Truck Leasing is seeking full-time paid interns for its Corporate offices in Green Hills, PA (near Reading, PA) for the summer of 2025 (approximately 12 weeks, May-August). Internships will run Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
Interns will work on various assignments and projects related to their field of study. All interns will also participate in Penske’s Cooperative Internship Program, a hands-on program focusing on three pillars:
• Community Service: Involvement in community-based activities.
• Social Networking: Opportunities to build professional connections.
• Professional Development: Training and development to enhance professional skills.
Internship Opportunities: Available in several fields, including:
• Accounting/Finance
• Billing
• Communications

• Industrial Engineering

• Rental
• Risk Management
• Sales/Marketing
• Vehicle Remarketing
Qualifications:
• Full-time enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s or post-Bachelor’s degree program (some internships may require specific areas of study).
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree students should be entering their junior or senior year.
• Completion of some core curriculum classes is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Professional communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work the required schedule, at the specified location, and complete Penske’s employment application, background check (including employment, education, and criminal history), and drug screening.
Physical Demands:
The job requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Location: Suburban Green Hills, PA (7 miles south of Reading, PA), with ample free parking.
