About the Role
This is a 3-month, remote Cold Calling / Lead Generation Intern role for someone with foundational experience in cold outreach, lead generation, sales, or business development ready to apply communication and prospecting skills in a structured, performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, conducting outbound cold calls, qualifying leads, and supporting pipeline growth through direct outreach and engagement.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and prospects
• Identify and qualify leads based on company requirements
• Research businesses and decision-makers across target industries
• Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead and outreach records
• Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Track outreach performance and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and lead quality

• Have foundational experience or strong interest in cold calling, lead generation, sales, or business development
• Possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Are confident speaking with prospects over phone calls
• Have the ability to handle follow-ups and maintain professional communication
• Possess good research, organization, and time management skills
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Are a student, recent graduate, or early-career professional looking to apply and strengthen practical business development skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or outreach platforms is a plus
