Job Description: Intern – Embedded Software Engineering – Murrysville, PA – Summer 2025
This is a 3-month paid internship opportunity at Philips’ Murrysville, PA location for undergraduate students pursuing a BS degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
Your Role:
As an embedded software engineering intern, you will gain hands-on experience working on the embedded software engineering team. Your responsibilities will include a range of engineering activities that allow you to develop and enhance your software development skills. You will be exposed to professional software development within a regulated industry.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in application or embedded software development using C/C++/C# or Python.
• 2+ years of experience in university coursework, internships, or co-ops.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for problem-solving and a desire to learn about embedded software development.

Work Environment:
This is an office-based role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in-person work at the Murrysville, PA facility.
Compensation:
The hourly pay range is $25.00 to $28.00, plus eligibility for overtime. Actual pay will vary based on factors like skills, experience, location, and internal equity. Additional Information:
