Job Description: FITT Development Program (FDP) for IT

Dentsply Sirona offers a three-month paid internship program (FDP) specifically designed to develop future IT business leaders. The program provides in-depth training, a thorough onboarding process, and mentorship with ongoing coaching and feedback. Interns participate in an intern event series to learn about Dentsply Sirona’s business, finance, IT, transformation projects, and the company culture. The internship culminates in a presentation of accomplishments to senior finance leadership. Many full-time positions are filled from this internship program.

Corporate Applications
Tech Services and Infrastructure
Cybersecurity
Master Data Management
E-Commerce
CRM
ERP

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Anticipated graduation in May 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, challenging environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Data analytics experience (preferred).
• Project management skills/exposure (preferred).
• Ability to temporarily relocate within the United States for rotational assignments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Location: Current internships are U.S.-based.
