Internship Program

Tiffany & Co. offers a ten-week U.S. Summer Internship Program starting June 2, 2025, and ending August 8, 2025. This immersive program begins with a two-day orientation in New York City, the birthplace of Tiffany & Co., and provides interns with the opportunity to:

Gain practical experience: Delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through hands-on learning.
Explore the business: Gain insight into the intricate facets of Tiffany & Co.’s operations.
Network with leaders: Build connections with Tiffany executives and fellow interns.

Finance Intern Position

Location: Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY

Salary: $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Americas Reporting and Analysis:
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze and review expense accounts for accuracy.
• Submit monthly accruals and reclasses, working with accounting to ensure necessary adjustments.
• Conduct monthly expense variance analysis and suggest revised forecasts.
• Support market and office teams in performance analysis through reporting.
Americas Budget and Analysis:
• Assist the finance team in preparing the annual budget.
• Create reports for use during the budget process.
Other Responsibilities:
• Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports and analyses to support sales, staffing, operating, and development initiatives.
• Work on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance in progress.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with management.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve.
Preferred:
• Previous retail or consumer goods internships.
• Knowledge of Business Objects, Hyperion, and other Tiffany systems.
