Amazon Operations Internship
This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of Amazon Operations. As an intern, you’ll be involved in impactful projects that enhance the functionality and service of Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete high-priority projects: Demonstrate your ability to deliver results by completing projects to the highest standards.
• Analyze data: Identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement by analyzing data.
• Propose and test solutions: Collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions by proposing and testing various options.
• Develop communication and teamwork skills: Work effectively with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Actively engage with various teams: Participate in activities such as pre-briefs, flow meetings, and discussions with leadership and associates.
• Display flexibility: Work various schedules and shift patterns as required.
• Potential relocation: Relocate to the designated work location.
A Day in the Life:
This internship provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced environment of Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Hubs, and Delivery Stations. You’ll witness how managers engage their teams to meet customer expectations and learn how to cultivate a safe, productive work environment.
Tracing the Journey of a Customer Order:
You’ll gain a realistic job preview of full-time opportunities within Amazon Operations by tracing the journey of a customer order from start to finish. This internship will allow you to develop valuable skills and gain insight into how our managers utilize effective engagement and performance management strategies.

Internship Start Dates:
We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through September 2025.
Basic Qualifications:
• Currently in your penultimate or final year of a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Business Management, or a similar discipline.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
