Job Description: Integrated Program Planning
Lockheed Martin MFC is seeking bright minds to join their Integrated Program Planning team. As a Program Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans. You will be responsible for:
• Supporting Integrated Program Planners: Assisting in the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing Planning products.
• Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS): Creating and maintaining IMS for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs, leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS).
• Maintaining Schedules: Ensuring schedule accuracy, supporting risk analysis, identifying critical/driving paths, developing solutions for schedule issues, and validating/deconflicting network logic.
• Supporting Proposal Submittal and Execution Schedule Development: Preparing and assessing progress against established plans and parameters during proposal submittal and execution schedule development.
• Formulating Corrective Action Measures: Recommending corrective actions like schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirement adjustments.
• Maintaining Cost and Schedule Integration: Ensuring alignment between cost and schedule throughout the program lifecycle.
• Supporting Implementation and Monitoring of Earned Value Management System: Contributing to the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the Earned Value Management System.
