The Tone:
This is a full-time Management Trainee position with the Pathfinder Global Initiative, located in Madison, WI. LESSO is a global leader in piping solutions, with over 40 years of growth across sectors including piping systems, building materials and home furnishings, and new energy, achieving USD 3.6 billion in sales revenue in 2025. This role is crucial to the Pathfinder Global Initiative, LESSO’s flagship program designed to cultivate future international leaders and expand the company’s global presence by establishing new sales offices worldwide. This position specifically aims to develop local business and leadership in Madison, WI.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Participate in a six-week training program in China under the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
• Management: Return to Madison, WI, upon program graduation to assume the role of sales manager.
• Product Mastery: Rapidly master LESSO products to effectively support local business development.
• Business Development: Solve problems and leverage LESSO Group’s resources to grow local business in Madison, WI.
• Leadership: Lead LESSO’s operations in Madison, WI, and manage a local team of 10.

• Background: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Familiarity with the Madison, WI metropolitan area.
• Skills: Proficient in Chinese; Eagerness to learn; Excellent problem-solving skills; Potential to lead operations and manage a local team.
