What You’ll Actually Do
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research to thoroughly understand customer questions and related Workday concepts for effective problem-solving.
• Direct Consulting: Deliver targeted consulting engagements, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, and best practices to address customer needs.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot product configurations to resolve issues and advise on optimal setups that meet customer business requirements.
• Customer Enablement: Develop and deliver customer presentations, offer one-on-one guidance, and review tenants to accelerate Workday feature adoption.
• Solution Implementation: Perform detailed configuration designs and manage full feature deployments, supporting customers’ evolving Workday landscape.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, possessing functional expertise in Talent, Learning, or Recruiting.
• Experience: 10+ years of functional experience in Talent, Learning, or Recruiting on Workday, coupled with 10+ years of IT implementation experience and 2+ years of software consulting experience.
• Skills: Ability to understand new Workday features, distill complex concepts into clear presentations, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, apply strong critical thinking, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English.
• Bonus: Workday Certification in HCM and at least one of Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, or Recruiting is ideal, an advanced degree is preferred, and willingness to travel up to 10%.
