• Mission: To provide hands-on experience in taxation, allowing interns to develop broad expertise across diverse tax service areas and support complex client compliance projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Compliance: Directly engage in complex compliance projects for the company’s diverse client base.
• Tax Operations: Handle and support a wide variety of tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Research & Planning: Conduct thorough research and planning, balancing these tasks with meetings with senior colleagues.
• Professional Development: Develop expertise across diverse tax service areas, including business, individual, international, and state and local tax.
• Network Building: Build a professional network and gain unique insight into the company’s business and major influencing decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level internship position requiring a predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting.
• Experience: A strong academic record, a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), and a demonstrable plan for passing the CPA exam prior to beginning full-time employment.
• Skills: Excellent English language communication, the ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary, interest in a hybrid work model, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Bonus: A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred, along with access to reliable transportation to/from the company office and client sites.
