The TL;DR

• Pay: $20.00 – $32.00 USD/hour
• Team: R2R Strategy & Optimization team within the Chief Accounting Organization, under the CFO.
• Mission: Support strategic transformation initiatives focused on simplifying, standardizing, and automating Record-to-Report processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist the R2R Strategy & Optimization team with day-to-day activities related to process improvement initiatives.
• Document: Help document current accounting and reporting processes, including process flows, procedures, and supporting materials.
• Analyze: Gather, organize, and analyze information to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Contribute: Contribute to defining the AI strategy for accounting, including the prioritization of key initiatives through year-end.
• Track: Support project tracking by helping maintain timelines, action items, meeting notes, and status updates.

• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Not specified.
• Skills: Process documentation, data collection and analysis, presentation preparation, project coordination.
• Bonus: At least one prior co-op experience.
