What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Facilitate accurate month-end closing processes and associated reconciliations.
• Process: Prepare and meticulously review client invoices, verifying appropriate labor, expense charges, billing rates, and ceilings.
• Monitor: Assist Project Managers by reviewing project costs against established budgets.
• Report: Generate comprehensive project financial reports, including WIP aging, AR aging, and budget vs actual analyses.
• Resolve: Address client invoicing questions and provide necessary supporting documentation, while troubleshooting project billing issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the role’s duties.
• Experience: Prior experience in the Architecture or Engineering industry is preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills (written and oral), strong mathematical aptitude, solid knowledge of Excel, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint Accounting system.
