This position is vital in supporting both the accounting and financial analysis functions within the organization. What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the organization.
• Transaction Management: Update bank and credit card transactions to ensure accurate financial records.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Accounting Operations: Perform basic accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and invoice processing.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies across financial operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Foundational understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with QuickBooks.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.
