Hatch Grid offers participants hands-on experience in sales, product development, and customer support within this program. The role is important as it prepares associates for a sales career that effectively combines technical skills with business acumen, setting a foundation for future growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Analysis: Gather, analyze, and survey existing and potential market data for promotion and distribution within an assigned region or for a specific product.
• Competitor Intelligence: Maintain and develop detailed profiles for key competitors to provide input for strategic decision-making.
• Sales Prospecting: Develop new prospects and engage with existing customers to actively increase the sales of the organization’s products and/or services.
• Customer Solutions: Collaborate directly with customers to identify their needs, create effective solutions, and ensure a smooth and successful sales process.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management teams to gain a clear understanding of how products are positioned, launched, and supported in the market.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree required, suitable for entry-level professionals. Preferred fields include Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; relevant work experience is considered a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct in-depth research, identify trends, and summarize complex information across various subjects.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills coupled with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills for engaging with multiple audiences, alongside strong presentation skills for both content creation and message delivery.
