What You’ll Actually Do
• Custom Solutions Development: Lead the development of bespoke investment solutions, meticulously crafted to address the unique needs and strategic objectives of WTW’s clients.
• Investment Analysis & Proposal Creation: Conduct thorough investment analysis, translating complex data into clear insights, and then produce compelling proposals and sales materials to articulate recommended strategies and value propositions.
• Business Growth and Product Innovation Support: Actively support the US Growth Team’s overarching goals of new business development and product advancement by contributing expertise and assistance in various capacities.
• Collaborative Project Management: Manage multiple assignments concurrently, ensuring efficient progress and delivery through a highly collaborative approach that fosters strong internal partnerships.
• Presentation Development & Quality Assurance: Assist in the comprehensive construction and delivery of professional presentations, strictly adhering to WTW’s rigorous professional excellence requirements and quality standards for all deliverables.
• Stakeholder Service & Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust internal and external relationships, delivering “best in class” customized service to stakeholders and promoting effective collaboration across teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university, with an understanding of financial markets and institutional investing.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a financial services environment.
• Skills: High attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work; advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based colleagues and stakeholders.
• Bonus: Progress toward a CFA or MBA is considered a plus.
