Merchant Operations Senior Analyst | DiDi Chuxing

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at DiDi Chuxing, located in China. DiDi Chuxing builds technology platforms for ride-hailing and O2O services, connecting millions of users and merchants. This role is crucial for optimizing our merchant operations, ensuring strong merchant performance, and enhancing the tools that empower our B-end merchants.

The TL;DR

• Mission: To optimize merchant operations, monitor performance, and drive the development of effective merchant-side tools and strategies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operation Management: Oversee daily merchant operations and manage business processes effectively.
• Performance Delivery: Monitor daily business metrics and ensure the successful delivery of merchant performance KPIs.
• Problem Diagnosis: Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify and diagnose operational problems affecting merchants.
• Strategy Development: Deliver effective optimization strategies to improve merchant operational efficiency and outcomes.
• Tool Optimization: Drive the iteration and optimization of merchant-side operation tools and systems by identifying B-end merchant pain points, delivering implementable solutions, and overseeing their full function launch and implementation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with foundational knowledge in internet user operation or product operation.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in internet user operation or product operation.
• Skills: Strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, coupled with good cross-team collaboration and communication abilities.
• Bonus: Experience in the O2O or ride-hailing industry is preferred, and proficiency in SQL is a plus.
