This role supports the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial reporting and making informed decisions for a company that has surpassed $400M in ARR and is trusted by over 180,000 businesses globally. You will contribute to the digital safety of millions by supporting critical finance operations.
The TL;DR

• Mission: Support accurate financial reporting, informed decision-making, and risk management through technical accounting and treasury operations.
• Tech Stack: AI tools, Excel, Google Sheets
What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Research and document technical accounting conclusions for various financial matters.
• Support: Support quarter-end procedures, controls, financial schedules, and audit documentation requirements.
• Manage: Update daily cash positioning worksheets and dashboards to reflect current financial states.
• Analyze: Prepare variance analyses, monitor liquidity, and track daily cash activity to provide financial insights.
• Forecast: Assist with cash flow forecasting initiatives and respond to transaction inquiries.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position, suitable for candidates interested in finance or accounting careers.
• Experience: A willingness to take on new challenges and see them through, with a focus on learning from mistakes.
• Skills: Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including organizing data and using formulas; familiarity with AI tools; experience creating clear process documentation or working with dashboards.
• Bonus: Coursework in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; exposure to US GAAP, financial reporting, or technical accounting research; interest in treasury, cash management, insurance, or financial risk.
