The TL;DR

• Mission: Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and journal entries, to support accurate financial reporting.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis to identify and explain financial discrepancies.
• Ledger Maintenance: Record monthly journal entries for financial transactions.
• Tax Processing: Process monthly Real Estate Tax invoices for direct payment to municipalities.
• Payment Operations: Facilitate invoice uploads as part of the payment process.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Focus on accounting or a related financial field.
• Experience: One year of work experience in the accounting field with analysis experience.
• Skills: Proficient Excel skills, extremely detailed oriented, self-motivated, and an independent proactive worker.
• Bonus: Associate’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
