The Tone:
This is an on-site co-op position at Nokia, located in Dallas, TX. The position is essential for supporting business priorities by assisting with key ethics and compliance projects and initiatives. The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Participation: Participate in hands-on ethics and compliance projects that support business priorities and provide meaningful learning opportunities.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Legal and Compliance professionals and engage with stakeholders across business functions on ongoing initiatives.
• Implementation Support: Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance policies, processes, tools, communications, and training materials.
• Research & Analysis: Research emerging laws, regulations, and developments related to ethics and regulatory compliance and summarize relevant findings.
• Resource Contribution: Support the preparation of compliance materials and resources while contributing ideas and gaining exposure to compliance practices within a global organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business, Compliance, Ethics, Risk Management, or a related field at an accredited school in the United States.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required for this co-op role.
• Skills: Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize information; ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams and functions.
• Bonus: Curiosity, initiative, and a strong interest in ethics, regulatory compliance, and learning in a global business environment.
