The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) from a recent college graduation or upcoming spring graduation; Entry-Level.
• Experience: Less than 2 years of professional experience, excluding internships.
• Bonus: Previous leadership experience, including but not limited to sports and school organizations.
