• Mission: Solve high-impact business challenges, work with colleagues and senior leaders, and accelerate professional development to become a future leader in operations and engineering.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Projects: Execute strategic initiatives such as scaling up new products or transferring products between chemical operations.
• Manage Capital: Plan and oversee the execution and commissioning of capital projects.
• Implement Excellence: Integrate global Manufacturing Excellence practices into plant operations.
• Lead Improvement: Direct Six Sigma projects focused on enhancing product yield, operational uptime, or energy efficiency.
• Develop Operations: Sharpen technical skills and gain comprehensive exposure to all facets of operations through structured rotational assignments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university. This is an entry-level program.
• Experience: Minimum of one internship or CO-OP providing practical experience in strategic marketing or market development. Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• Skills: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and possess strong operational, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities. Geographical mobility within the U.S. and ability to travel internationally are required.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.2 GPA. Two or more internships are preferred.
