What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Financial Operations: Directly assist the Finance Team with project work including expense report auditing, account reconciliation, and resolving customer pricing errors.
• Generate Financial Reports: Help prepare critical month-end financial reports and monthly operational reports.
• Manage Reconciliations: Assist with accounts receivable, payable, bank statement reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
• Aid Audit Processes: Contribute to internal and external audit activities by preparing necessary documentation and support.
• Process Payments and Data: Support the payment processing team by performing data entry and conducting credit checks.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program, demonstrating a clear interest and aptitude for Accounting principles and practices.
• Experience: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and various Internet applications for business operations.
• Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage numerous assignments concurrently, coupled with the flexibility to work nontraditional hours when necessary.
