The Tone:
This is an entry-level rotational program at Amgen, located in New Albany, OH. What You’ll Actually Do
• Assignments: Complete complex assignments and tasks across various functions during rotations.
• Learning: Quickly acquire knowledge in new topics, work areas, and functions to contribute meaningfully to projects and meet set milestones.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate agility and flexibility while successfully transitioning through three distinct rotations within the program.
• Strategy: Understand the broader business context and how individual work contributes to Amgen’s overall strategies and goals.
• Performance: Utilize data and insights effectively to drive business performance and achieve objectives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or other relevant disciplines obtained from an accredited college or university by July 2027.
• Experience: Proven leadership skills, demonstrated through extra-curricular activities or work experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent time and project management abilities, and effective verbal and written communication.
• Bonus: Previous Amgen or relevant biopharma, manufacturing, or engineering industry experience, a minimum GPA of 3.20, and a willingness to relocate for future career opportunities.
