The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Fyntrix One, located in the United States. While titled “Finance Intern,” this specific role is part of an Early Career Rotational Development Program designed to develop emerging talent into future business leaders across various commercial functions. The program aims to provide broad experience in areas like sales, marketing, and product management, rather than strictly financial roles, as outlined in the program details.

• Team: Initially placed within the Customer Success & Account Management Department, this role is integral to a broader Early Career Rotational Development Program.
• Mission: To cultivate future business leaders by providing emerging talent with broad, hands-on experience across diverse commercial functions through rotational assignments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Contribute to market strategies, new product launches, growth initiatives, and overall customer support efforts.
• Collaborate: Work directly with commercial and technical teams to identify and solve various customer challenges.
• Rotate: Gain diverse experience by rotating through multiple commercial assignments over a two-year period, exploring different career paths.
• Develop: Build critical skills in areas such as customer engagement, strategy, analytics, communication, and leadership.
• Present: Complete a capstone project and present strategic recommendations and findings to senior leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Upcoming or recent graduates pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Communications, or related disciplines. This is an entry-level position. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience: Prior experience is required, gained through internships, co-ops, leadership roles, projects, sales, customer-facing positions, or other organizational involvement.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential. A keen interest in sales, marketing, product management, strategy, or customer engagement is necessary, along with the ability to commit to a two-year rotational program.
• Bonus: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
