What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Participate in monthly financial close processes and prepare financial statements for assigned operating locations.
• Reconcile: Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Analyze: Analyze and report significant financial variances when compared against budget and forecast.
• Forecast: Prepare and present a rolling three-month financial forecast each month for strategic planning.
• Support: Support quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements and internal review processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preparing candidates for an entry-level Staff Accountant position.
• Experience: Entry-level experience in accounting or finance functions, with demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and various accounting systems.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, effective communication with operational teams, and organizational abilities.
• Bonus: CPA or other professional certifications are a strong plus.
