The Tone:
This is a full-time hybrid role at Confidential Employer, located in Rosemont, Illinois. Wintrust provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance, and wealth management services through its various charters and non-bank businesses. The Senior Deposit Product Manager is a key contributor responsible for managing the day-to-day performance, evolution, and operational execution of retail and small business deposit products. This role is crucial for identifying growth opportunities, implementing initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring a competitive and well-governed deposit portfolio.

• Mission: This person manages the day-to-day performance, evolution, and operational execution of retail and small business deposit products.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Deposit Product Performance: Monitor balances, account growth, and profitability, then analyze pricing and customer behaviors to develop recommendations for improved growth and engagement.
• Product Development & Implementation: Manage day-to-day product lifecycle activities, including developing business requirements, coordinating new offerings, and leading user acceptance testing.
• Deposit Operations Partnership: Collaborate with Deposit Operations to identify customer and operational pain points, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Risk, Compliance & Governance: Review proposed product changes for compliance impacts, coordinate with relevant teams, and maintain product documentation and governance materials.
• Vendor, Channel & Stakeholder Management: Partner with digital banking, marketing, retail banking, treasury, and finance teams, and manage communication and training for product changes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with strong expertise in a collaborative financial services environment.
• Experience: 3-5 years of related product management experience, plus 5+ years working in financial services with an emphasis on Project Management, Operations, Analysis, and Implementation.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
