Senior Product Manager – Agent Passport | Workday
The Tone:
This is a full-time hybrid role at Workday, primarily located in Pleasanton, CA, with flexibility for other US locations. Workday builds an AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, shaping the future of work. This role is crucial for establishing Workday as a trusted security authority for autonomous AI agents by driving the Agent Passport initiative within the Agent System of Record (ASOR).

• Mission: Drive the roadmap, partner integration strategy, and feature delivery for the Agent Passport initiative within the Agent System of Record (ASOR).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Define Capabilities: Define and evolve the Agent Passport roadmap within ASOR, authoring specifications for stamp taxonomy, assessment criteria, and verification requirements.
• Lead Integrations: Lead partner integrations by collaborating with development and assessment partners in the Agent Partner Network to integrate assessment workflows into ASOR.
• Ensure Alignment: Ensure Agent Passport stamps align with regulations (EU AI Act) and standards (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS) to provide verifiable evidence of agent trustworthiness.
• Define Workflows: Partner with engineering, data science, and security teams to define how assessor evidence becomes Workday-issued stamps across the agent lifecycle, from pre-deployment testing through runtime defense.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with adjacent product teams, Security, GRC, and Go-to-Market to drive adoption among enterprise buyers and agent publishers, translating customer feedback into product requirements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required; Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise platform, security, or AI features.
• Experience: 3+ years of understanding in AI governance, agentic AI architectures, cryptographic attestation, MLOps, or security/compliance frameworks, with a proven track record of defining user stories, executing roadmaps, and influencing product roadmaps.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, including financial modeling, TAM/SAM sizing, scenario planning, and competitive analysis; strong written and verbal communication; and a collaborative working style that builds trust across functions.
• Bonus: MBA or advanced degree in a technical or quantitative field; experience at a major enterprise SaaS company (HCM, ERP, or Finance space a plus); experience with security integrations, automated red teaming, runtime monitoring, or digital identity/trust frameworks; familiarity with Workday’s product suite, customer base, or competitive positioning; or published thought leadership or speaking engagements on AI strategy topics.
