• Tech Stack: Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Expense Analysis: Assemble plant expense analysis and provide regular report updates to staff.
• Reconciliation: Prepare bank reconciliations for operating, disbursement, payroll, and investment accounts.
• Reporting: Prepare specific monthly journal entries, sales tax returns, and warranty expense account analysis.
• Variance Investigation: Settle and close production orders, then investigate any production variances.
• Compliance: Observe all procedures and policies in accordance with GAAP, company policy, and federal/state regulations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field, serving as an Accountant I.
• Experience: Internship, co-op, or 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred. Experience with ERP systems and exposure to manufacturing or inventory accounting are also preferred.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Bonus: SAP knowledge.
