• Mission: Determine and help cover risks for people and businesses, while supporting the expansion of Chubb’s agency distribution by finding, onboarding, and tracking new agents.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Risk Assessment: Use advanced tools to determine what risks Chubb can help cover for clients.
• Client Support: Help people and businesses face difficult situations and exposures with confidence.
• Team Contribution: Contribute to the results of a team through challenging assignments within the program.
• Agency Expansion: Find, onboard, and track newly appointed agents to expand Chubb’s distribution across business and industry segments.
• Program Participation: Participate in a robust, comprehensive technical and experiential learning journey to accelerate your development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required for this entry-level role, with multiple majors considered.
• Experience: Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.
• Bonus: Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities, and a GPA of 3.0 or above.
