The role fully prepares individuals to become future financial leaders, such as a Controller/VP of Finance, who oversee all aspects of financial management and balance marketing and operational business pieces. What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, manage financial records, and provide assistance in comprehensive financial reporting, including analyzing income statement fluctuations.
• Core Accounting Operations: Execute essential accounting functions such as assembling bank reconciliations, managing account schedules, and accurately preparing journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations.
• Compliance & Auditing: Perform branch audit evaluations and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Operational Support & Improvement: Contribute to a timely and accurate month-end closing process, assist personnel with accounting policy questions, and provide ideas for process improvement and cost savings.
• Specialized Accounting Tasks: Support budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborate with other departments, and potentially manage T&E reports, coding, account classification, reimbursement amounts, or prepare sales and other tax returns.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and be at least 18 years old. Authorization to work in the United States is required, without the need for future sponsorship from Enterprise Mobility.
• Experience: This early career role requires basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. No specific prior professional experience in years is stated.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills, solid organizational abilities with close attention to detail, and the capacity to multi-task. Additionally, a valid driver’s license is required, with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents on record in the past three years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions within the past five years.
• Bonus: CPA, CMA, MBA, or a commitment to obtain these certifications is a plus. Flexibility for career advancement, including relocation outside the local area or state within 2-5 years, is also considered a valuable asset for promotion opportunities.
