Manager in Training (MIT) – Residential | Four Seasons
The Tone:
This is a full-time Manager in Training program at Four Seasons, located in Scottsdale, AZ. What You’ll Actually Do
• Demonstrate Leadership: Show strong work ethic and proven leadership skills, making decisions that best serve guests and employees.
• Master Service Excellence: Learn and follow service and cultural standards to expertly serve guests, anticipate their needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly to concerns.
• Lead Team Operations: Conduct daily shift briefings, ensure proper new hire training and payroll entry, provide feedback and coaching to staff, and communicate training progress to management.
• Develop Operational Understanding: Complete and understand all line-level positions within your respective department, while attending, participating in, and occasionally leading required meetings or training events.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career experience, ideally bridging hospitality management university programs with operational leadership.
• Experience: Two to three years of previous employment in a related position, demonstrating foundational experience in hospitality.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, proven leadership ability with decision-making skills, and legal work authorization in the United States.
• Bonus: A college degree is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to formal education in a relevant field.
