What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives across the Chief Operating Office.
• Communication Preparation: Collaborate with leadership teams and key stakeholders to prepare briefings, meeting materials, and updates for senior discussions.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, business priorities, and engagement activity.
• Project Tracking: Track action items, risks, milestones, deliverables, and post-meeting follow-up across ongoing projects and leadership initiatives.
• Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancement, AI adoption, and the use of technology to streamline workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, requiring enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program. Graduation in December 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.) and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better are required.
• Experience: Participation in a 24-month rotational Analyst Program designed to provide hands-on experience and skill development for early-career professionals.
• Skills: Process improvement, governance and controls awareness, project and program coordination, reporting and metrics, and execution discipline.
• Bonus: A strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors is preferred.
